Student Achievements & Pathways

Students of Bergen Lavelle Classical Coaching and our Commercial Elite Performance Course have consistently earned places in some of the world’s most prestigious full-time and pre-professional training programs, as well as securing professional employment with internationally renowned performing arts companies. These achievements are a true reflection of their dedication, talent, and the strength of their training.

Leading Institutions & Pathways

Our dancers have been accepted into leading institutions including Elmhurst Ballet School, Royal Ballet School Antwerp, English National Ballet School, the Australian Ballet School, and the Sydney Dance Company Pre-Professional Year. Further acceptances include the New Zealand School of Dance, Alberta Ballet School, and Ballet West Academy.


Professional pathways and opportunities have seen students secure contracts and placements with organisations such as Royal Caribbean International, the Sydney Dance Company Youth Ensemble, and full-time contemporary training with the New Zealand School of Dance. Students have also been accepted into prestigious international programs including the Juilliard School Summer Training Program and the Joffrey Ballet School trainee and BFA programs.

Global Opportunities

Additional opportunities span across the commercial and contemporary sectors, with students gaining placements, scholarships, and representation through organisations such as Country Girl Management and Dargie Entertainment, as well as full-time and scholarship programs with leading studios including Brent Street Studios and Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance.

Internationally, our dancers continue to thrive, gaining acceptance into elite training institutions such as Contemporary Dance School Hamburg, Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance, Berlin Dance Institute, The Rock School for Dance Education, and Brussels International Ballet.

Australian Pathways

In Australia, students have also secured positions with leading institutions including Queensland Ballet Academy (Full-Time Program), the Australian Ballet School (Full-Time and Interstate Training Programs), and the Queensland Ballet Guest Associate Program.

Their success extends to highly regarded intensives and summer schools worldwide, including the Bolshoi Ballet Academy Australian Summer Intensive, Joffrey Ballet School Summer Programs, Juilliard Summer Programs, Berlin State Ballet affiliated summer schools, and international programs throughout Italy, Croatia, and beyond.

These accomplishments highlight not only the exceptional pathways available to our students, but also the culture of excellence, commitment, and passion that defines Ablaze Dance Academy.
